My MP3 Player has stopped working

November 20, 2013 at 18:44:52
Specs: Windows Vista
My MP3 Player was working all the way up until recently when I down loaded a new song and all of a sudden after I down loaded that song, the screen of my MP3 Player shut off, then I was not able to turn it back on ever since and the only response I get is if I plug it in the charger and then it charges, but it will not turn on, if I plug out the charger, it goes back to a black screen. Can you help?

The password reset did not work. Can it be that the battery is dead? If so, is there a way that I can replace the battery?

I did not get a response to my last question. Can it be the battery why it is not working? If so, is there a way I can replace the battery?

You sent me an email asking me to come back to your web site, but I was waiting for someone to answer the last question that I asked. Could it be that the battery is dead in my MP3 Player why it is not working and if so, how would I go about replacing the battery?

Yes, it could be a dead battery or the circuit board went bad. Try contacting the manufacture.
