I HAVE VISITED THE GENIOUS DEPT AT APPLE STORE THEY SAY IT CANNOT BE REPAIRED. IT WAS PURCHASED IN MAY 2012,

I CERTAINLY DIDN'T EXPECT T PAY OVER £600 FOR SOMETHING TO FAIL IN JUST OVER A YEAR.I ALSO DIDN'T EXPECT TO RECEIVE SUCH A RUDE REPLY TO MY REQUEST

Ok, we're not Apple here, why are you yelling at us?

There's no request here, you simply stated that Apple has told you they can't fix it.

How was I being rude? Honesty what do you want us to say? It's too bad your device has failed in just over a year but if the technicians who work directly for the manufacture can't fix it, there's nothing anyone else is going to be able to do.
