Apple Ipod touch 4th generation 64gb fla...

Specs: Windows 7
Bought Ipod touch 4th gen, 64 megs. Worked until yesterday. When plugging in to recharge it syncs until it gives a message that says it can not sync ipod because the files are either corrupt or not compatible with ipod touch. Now only a few of my apps load and I have lost all the pictures of my new granddaughter.

I have reset the ipod to fact condition but it still stops with the message.

Try reinstalling the OS, that's the only thing that I can think of other than returning it... Sorry.

How do I reinstall the OS? I am willing to try anything. If that doesn't work I will have to bring it in to Best Buy and have them send it away. I really don't want to do that but it may just be my only solution!

Thank you for your reply..
