Solved Ipod touch is disabled

Specs: Windows 7
Screen says Ipod touch generation 4 is disabled, please try again in 23,176,560 minutes. Can this be fixed?

You will need to perform a factory restore to your iPod. Hopefully you have recently backed everything up as it will wipe your iPad clean.

Plug your iPod into your computer running iTunes, right click on the iPod and select restore.
