iPod Touch: Definitely no big PDFs

Apple Ipad 16gb tablet

Specs: Macintosh
In a new "quest" to read a heavy PDF doc with complex graphics on my iPod Touch 2nd gen 8GB I went to the App Store and grabbed a $0.99 PDF app and one free app that I checked on internet reviews. Both specify they can handle large PDFs: No a chance for my heavy PDF file.

This PDF is an animation tutorial, and the why it is heavy on the graphic side.

"Large" by these app descriptions, may be intended for a PDF document with a lot of simple or moderate text content with light graphics, but not for PDF documents heavy on graphics.

This reading PDF capacity may be out of reach for my loyal iPod Touch.

It may be a hardware limit, mostly the 128 memory in the iPod Touch second generation. But even 128 MB doesn't look that low to open a PDF. Of course that memory handles all the system functions at the same time so who knows how much really is left for app to work with.
