can your iPod be hacked if you had a friend who fixed it for you but it is not jailbroken but how do I know if she hacked me ? Please help

If it's not jailbroken, then you haven't been hacked.
What symptoms are you having that might make you think you've been hacked?

No, it can't. The first one does not say it works on iDevices. The second site tells you your iDevice has to be jailbroken, the third site is pure BS. iDevices use a technology known as sandboxing. Each program runs in its own protected memory space and cannot interact with other programs like it says it can do. And just for the sake of argument, let's say it can, all you would have to do is look in the list of running programs and turn it off.

No, you cannot be spyed on by your friend without you knowing it. You can use tracking programs like Find My Friends that will show where you are located, but again, you can see it in the list of running programs and simply turn it off.
