A couple of sites which cover the problem - and offer similar methods to deal with it. Read them carefully and decide which you prefer to try? But first back up your phone fully via iTune - to your computer, and also the cloud. I prefer iMazing (iMazing.com) over iTunes for back ups etc.- more options and more flexible. One (possibly both) of these sites also included a presumably paid for app - which may/may not be useful; but try other free methods first?
