Actually it is easier to restore your iPhone than jailbreak it. This is unjailbreaking and you wont be able to tell the difference from a never jailbreak iPhone. If you want do a search on the internet with the words "restore from jailbreak".

Basically you are doing a Restore from iTunes with a few considerations.
1. Restore from Back up so you don't loose important files.
2. You may need to try and hold Power + Home buttons at the same time for 10 sec and then open iTunes to restore.

Or use this procedure from Apple:
http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1808

Once on iTunes select your iPhone and on the General tab click the Restore button. iTunes will ask you if you want to back up your iPhone. Click "Back Up".

The Apple software OS downloads, extracts and install and then the iPhone will restart. After this you will have the option to Restore from a Back up. Use this option if you want to preserve your previous data. Or use Set up as a new iPhone if you prefer to manually handle your files with previous back ups.

Anyway there is a detailed Restore How to here at Computing.net:

When you use iTunes it constantly connects to Apple over the internet
to verify the device's id, state and the account you are using so you
may get into trouble if the iPhone is reported lost or iTunes may refuse
to work with the device and restore your iPhone.
