Specs: Windows 7
Hello. My ipad will not turn on - when pressing on/off switch and picture of the power plus and ITunes icon comes up on screen, then goes off.

Your iPhone's upgrade failed.
On your computer, open iTunes, and then plug in your phone. It should begin the recovery and upgrade.

Once it recovers, you'll have lost all contacts, pictures, music, and applications. Hopefully you have a recent backup from iCloud, or in iTunes.

Another victim of the iOS 7 update disaster. It's causing headaches all over the place. So Apple isn't "perfect" after all, despite claims made by my Mac and iPad friends.

Yeah, I went with upgrading my phone though iTunes, so I knew I had a good backup taken right before the upgrade. iTunes crashed half way though.

Two hours later, I finally get the iPhone to take the new OS iTunes was attempting to feed it.
