Specs: Windows Vista
I . I have entered the BT home -hub password from the back of the router but it is not working. I have also turned both hub and i pad on and off.

Make sure you enter the "wireless key" from the hub and not one of the other numbers that may be printed above or below it.

The wireless key is also case-sensitive, which means you must type it exactly as it appears on the label.

Just in case, you may want to make sure you have selected the correct type It looks like WPA2 is the common type for bt-home hubs.

Thank you ! Yes I did enter the wireless key but it still did not work! BT have twice said they are sending me a new router but I'm still waiting
