Solved ipad troubleshooting ipad 2

Specs: Windows XP
i would like to know if there is a way to reset an ipad 2 that has been disabled and says connect to itunes on the screen. i have forgotten my password and made several arttempts to log in trying different passwords and it has becom disabled. i have not backed up any content to itunes or cloud, i have spoken with apple and they say it can be rest but i losse all videos and pics, and i do not want to lose any of that. how can i over come this problem? if any body can help me, please reply to my email

Unfortunately there is no other way. It protects you in case your iPad get stolen, no one can get to your information.

Not to be rude but why on earth did you not backup if your data was so important?
