If you're talking about Xplornet Satellite Internet then I can help you out. I installed for them a while back. First, i'm sorry you have to use the slow service and spend that money. Secondly, you'll need a wireless router and all will work fine. Instead of plugging the cable coming from the modem to your computer, plug the cable to the router and use the cable that comes with the wireless router and go from Port 1 (or 2 or 3 or 4) and plug it to your computer. You may have to power down the hughesnet modem for about 10 seconds and power it back up. Remember, don't unplug it from behind the router, rather, find the brick and unplug from there or the wall. The pins are sensitive.

There isn't a router that works best. Make sure it's wireless though.

Let us know.
