Tekj256 posted some uses for the iPad and this one adds to the list. Again, is what people all over is discovering on its own. Some
guy said he is using his bare naked iPad on his garage as an internet
assistant to check on parts and procedures with colorful images.

This is why I am also convinced someone should seriously start producing stands, holders
and arms for every possible use with the iPad. Also I insist you don't need a near
desktop powerful CPU in that regard to do what the iPad does best, so tablet designers take note. The
important part of the equation is start up time, battery life and good software functionality and support. You could
do this with a laptop or a Mac Book but the higher battery consumption,
the weight and even the screen angle makes this a harder task. Also
everyone does this up until now that tablets or at least the iPad appeared in the market.

Hey, I am still working on that list, but its hard because so
many apps and options. Its coming but I don't know yet! And
thanks for the interest. And yes people seems to be doing what
the can because the iPad is a tool and if you think the benefits
for you worth it go ahead. Obviously it will be better with an arm
you could attach to a near by table or stand. Those arms are on
my list.
