iPad merges with kitchen cabinet

Apple Ipad 16gb tablet

Specs: Macintosh

Already someone created an space on a kitchen's cabinet for
their iPad.

This is the start from what I've been saying lately. The iPad
will have so manny new and creative uses inside cars,
offices, houses, etc that is virtually unlimited the uses it can
have. I think the iPad will have all kinds of stands, arms,
plates and more to integrate the device in many
environments. Sure the kitchen, that is a perfect place too.

This could be the future for tablet devices and not necessarily
just iPad related but in general I agree with you. Just as car
manufacturers created a variety of embedded and custom
iPhones holders and extended the interaction and integration
with the iPhone, the iPad is next. I've seen a very early iPad
adapted inside a car I can't remember now.

I started to see manny people asking for wall mounts for the iPad and someone already adapted one for his iPad. It looks very promising. Now, besides the wall mount I want a solid well articulated arm I could place anywhere.

There is a cute video on Youtube showing the uses of Velcro
on the back of the iPad and the vast variety of mounting
places. Car, wall, stove for recipes, etc. iPad + Velcro = love :)

Oh yes, I saw this too a few days ago and I think it is a nice
workaround while some options appear on the market. But
because I am very velcro ignorant my question is if the velcro
will leave a permanent mark or stain in the iPad.
