Ipad email not working on new telco

I have recently changed telco and am having a problem with my ipad3. The ipad reads "No Service", however I am able to get the Internet. I cannot get or send emails. I have added my new email accounts to the ipad. Can you please help?

The No Service message referrers to the cell signal. You need to contact your new cell phone carrier and set up your iPad cell account with them.

Since you can get to the Internet you are connecting through a WiFi connection.

Who is your email provider, are you using an online service like Yahoo mail or Gmail or are you using your provider's email service?
