Apple Ipad 16gb tablet

Specs: Macintosh
Again, this is a topic for discussion.
Some users complain on the not so favorable eReader experience on the iPad side. To heavy for longer periods and eye-straining for serious bedtime reading. People still loves their iPads but the ones with Kindle experience prefer the Kindle as a dedicated eReader.

This eye-straining is produced by every LDC screen so the
iPad will suffer in this regard, but is difficult to improve on this
feature in the near future as the iPad has one very good screen
technology that is better than the average consumer monitor.
But I can't argue the Kindle as the better e reader as it has a
very specialized or oriented eReader technology.

It looks like the Kindle will stay the way it is for a while as there
are no plans for this device to expand into other more general
key tablet functions and also there will be no color Kindle in the
near future. Great, I like the iPad but it doesn't mean there is no
room for other specialized devices and more competition is
always better.
