iOS 7, unable to get data activated, phone and text are ok

Specs: iOS 7
Spent hours with carrier on phone to be told its my phone. I installed iOS7 on my new iphone 4 and the data cannot be activated. Apple is looking into it but so far no information. I've tried the APN install from the carrier, from unlockit.co.nz to no avail. How can I get the data working on my iPhone?

Not sure where you are but I'm in Perth (Scarborough) having the same problems. Just checked Virgin site and apparently there were problems logged on Friday. Don't know if those issues were resolved but maybe check your ISP website for an update. Sorry I can't be more help.

Unfortunately straight talk uses multiple carriers and their website is useless as far as this problem goes and I've spent hours on the phone with them with no solutions, i.e. I'm paying for data that my phone tells me isn't activated or that I don't have data service????? They even connected me to Apple and they have the ticket as high priority but I was told it would be a couple of hours and now it's the next day and I've heard nothing. I've seen fixes for phones with sim cards but my phone does not have a sim card. My phone was shipped to me through Virgin ordered directly from the Straight Talk website.
