Install 12.3.2 even if not needed?

Is it OK to install update 12.3.2 even if you’re not experiencing a problem with portrait mode? I tested it before updating and the background is out of focus and working properly. The update mentions some iPhone 8 Plus models need it but it looks like I don’t. The update is ready to install; can it be canceled or is it OK to install it anyway. Future updates will include it anyway, right? Thanks.

Presumably you're talking about an iPhone update; even though your specs for your post refer to Vista?

There are two schools of thought re' an option update; which you seem to imply this particular one is?

If it ain't broke - don't fix it... i.e.don't install the update. As you sugest it will be part of the next update... perhaps "don't fix it"?

Or install it and see what happens?

Might be worth a chat with a local Apple-land techie to get his/her input?
