Specs: Windows 7
I reset my ipod touch (it said "erase ipod") because I wanted to delete the songs and games. now it just shows what looks like an instruction to plug it into iTunes. How do I get all of the factory installed stuff back?

You've erased the iPod's operating system (Apple iOS) so you need to re-install it through iTunes which you will need to have installed on your computer if it isn't already installed. When you've installed iTunes on your computer, go here:

Since your iPod is already erased, you can skip section # 1

Start at section # 2 where it says "After you erase your iPod, you need to run the Restore function before your iPod will work properly".

Hope it works out okay. Did the same to my Blackberry cellphone last year. Almost sh*t myself till I found a website which got me fixed. Phew!
