IPAD will not accept the password to unlock the screen. The password is correct but just wont open. Now we have to wait 60 minutes in between tries.
We can't help with passwords here. Contact Apple and be prepared to prove ownership of the iPad.
If it is was registered with Apple, they will help you to unlock it. They will require proof of ownership (typically at least) an email account. If you have synced it at some time with a computer.. I think you may be able to achieve a reset using that - but it will erase anything you installed since purchase.
