Solved How to reset ipad to factory setting

Specs: 7.1.2
When I turn my IPad on it immediately has a pop up box that says "Enter the Apple ID password for iCloud. It won't take my password so I change it & still won't. I then go to the iTunes Store on my computer windows 8 and log into my account. I then sync my computer with IPad. Once again I try to log on to the Ipad it says wrong password. I have tried turning it off by holding down the 2 buttons and then restarting it and the same thing happens. I can't even get to any of the apps because I can't bypass the password box. I tried to restore the ipad it won't let me because I need to turn off the Find My Ipad setting and I can't do that because the box comes up to log in and of course it won't take the password. I have changed the password a few times through iTunes but still can't log on. iTunes and the ipad are synced. Any suggestions.

If else fails you may find it useful to go to your local Apple store; chat with one of the "gurus" - and they likely can/will resolve it for you. They may require some proof of ownership - which from your information above it seems you can provide?
