I didn't cross it out at all. When I came to look for answers to my question I saw it like that so I don't know what's going on. If I had a fix before I got an answer I assure you that you would have been duly informed. message edited by xcelle

This indicates a hardware fault. You need to get an authorised repairer to check it for you.
