Presumably you blocked in the setting? Usually it's in the mac filtering section...

Connect to your router with a cat-5/ethernet cable; login to the router's home page; navigate your way to wifi settings. Locate the mac filtering and unblock the mac address associated with your laptop.

If you need more specific help - post make and model of your router. Also how you managed to block yourself...

The other method to unblock yourself is to reset the router; this resets it to factory sate. All preferences etc.will be removed and you will have to login via cat-5 cable, then navigate to wifi settings and enable wifi afresh. The rest will unblock any devices previously blocked... The rest "button" is usually accessed via a wee hole in the back plate of the router; using something like a large paper clip. You usually hold it for a few seconds, possibly until few indicators lights have flashed on/off? Your other manual will detail this more clearly...
