Can't send email. Says "server doesn't allow relaying."

That means that you are trying to send mail from a domain (@example1.com) using a server that has a different domain (@example2.com). Almost all mail servers will refuse to do this as it is open to abuse by Spammers.

You need to use the server that correspond to your email provider. E.g., for Google mail you need to use Google's mail server rather than, for example, Microsoft's.
