cant read DOSmodeprogram with iSilo on IPad

Specs: Windows XP
I'm trying to install a program that's saved on my PC to my iPad using iSilo.
However...when I open up the iSilo App on my iPad... it's all gibberish, and the only words I can read are: "cannot run in DOS mode" (which i believe stands for Disk Operating System).
Is there any way I can convert this to a mode iSilo can read?
Can anybody help me?
Thank you!

iSolo is a document reader; it doesn't handle programs. There's no way that you can get a Windows program to run on an iPad.

What does the program do? You may be able to find an iPad equivalent.

It isn't a Windows program (its basically a collection of a bunch of books I need for church).
I installed it on my desktop and wanted to install it on my IPad.
Since its a hard-disk and isn't for sale or on any website to download, I was told the only way to do so is by downloading the iSilo App and copying the program from my desktop to my IPad using I-Tunes. But when I try to do so and I open the file on iSilo it says it cannot read it since it's in DOS mode.
