I have never done this so I don't know where to start. I guess I'll just give as many details as I can and if someone could help me I would appreciate it so much.

I use a WiFi router from Verizon with an ethernet cable to my computer, and I just signed up on Verizon to get a wireless network name so I can use it on my phone.

I tried entering the name and password in manually, selecting WEP. I also tried a few other ways but nothing worked. I even shut my router off and turned it back on, and shut my wireless on my phone off and on too. My phone recognizes other people's networks but not mine. Please help!

Do you know how to check your routers settings. Try typing
192.168.2.1 in your address bar of your internet browser and
check the wifi settings to see if you have wifi off

I tried it and it took too long, and Safari stopped responding. I know my WiFi is on.
