cannot restore to factorysettings

Specs: Windows 7
i have reset my password but the ipad still says disabled. i cannot reset to factory settings to rectify.

Have you sync'd this ipad to a computer?

Regardless - you may better nipping into a local Apple store; and let them have a look-see...

Likely the general floor duty bodies may be able to help; but if not they will set you up with the floor techies for that day. If they can't resolve it they will nudge you over to the guru level...

Proof of ownership will be required; usually the email account you used to register the ipad is enough... If they do a factory reset... any iTunes items you purchased can be downloaded again free.

But if you have at any time sync'd it to a computer then you can use that backup to the same end - restore the apps etc.
