Dear friends, I found this reference that it seems to me to look interesting.
Apparently, all the Apps they have or distribute, work in HTML, so they are 100% legal, and they don't need to jailbreak the device.

I think I remember that right after the first iPhone launch Apple used to have a web page like this that listed all iPhone web apps, but that got lost in the cracks once Apple released the iPhone OS SDK for native application development.
