What type of email are you using? POP / IMAP / Exchange / Web (e.g. yahoo or gmail)? Something else?
Do you have any type of spam filtering app?

Thanks for any input.

Hi
Thanks for coming on. POP. Don't think there is any spam filter on the Ipad Mini

Hmmmm... that's really weird with POP because normally once you pull the email from the server (unless set to save) the email is deleted. Could be a couple of things..

1. Do you use this POP address with an email client like outlook? Or webmail? Are they configured to leave a copy of the message on the server?
1a. The reason I bring up this point, is that it could be related to an email that is on another client that is saving the message to the server.
2. Something on the iPad specifically, there are others that have had this problem.
3. Corrupt email... Log into your webmail and delete this email out or call provider.

Can you elaborate on if you have multiple devices checking your POP email? Are they all setup as pop accounts?

Thanks for coming back. I was hoping the offending email would just go away but it hasn't. Tomorrow I plan to talk to my provider to see if they can delete it as it isn't showing in webmail I suppose because the download cannot complete.
