Wireless keyboard has wrong characters

Specs: Windows XP
The wireless keyboard sent with the Dell Inspiron desktop has wrong/extra characters and is not a "normal" keyboard. They have replaced it 3 times and keep sending the same keyboard. How do we get through to them to get a NORMAL keyboard?

What extra characters are included? Most wireless keyboards do have extra features. There isn't really such a thing as a normal keyboard.

Why are the extra keys (characters) objectionable?

I understand you appear to be frustrated but after three times I would guess they have sent what they were supposes to send.

What is the full model of the Dell computer and is the wireless keyboard standard equipment with that model. If not, what is the model of the keyboard you ordered?

Is this the model your ordered?

How do we get through to them to get a NORMAL keyboard?

Why should we be better able to do so than you? It's a matter of chosing the right words of explanation, banging the table and so forth.

Please come back and let us know the outcome.
