Windows failed to start

January 11, 2015 at 01:10:13
Specs: Windows 7 Home Premium, Intel Core i3
How do I fix the problem of my computer not being able to start?
Startup repair doesn't work.
After completing it get the following in the diagnosis:

Root cause found - unspecified changes to system configuration might have caused the problem.
Repair action: System files integrity check and repair.
Result: Failed
Error code = 0x45d.

Last good configuration doesn't help either.
Didn't install anything by myself the previous day, just turned off the computer normally.
Maybe some faulty auto-update?
