Windows 7 only reads 31.4 GB of 120 GB Drive

Specs: Windows 7
I have an E-Machines computer with a Western Digital WD1200JS, 120GB, hard drive installed. I am running Windows 7 and when I check the drive, it is only reading 31.4 GB. There are no partitions or virtual drives installed, so where is the other 90GB?

Well there is at least one partition on the drive or it wouldn't be usable. What does disk management report?

Disk Management shows 100MB NTFS System Reserved and C: 31.40 GB NTFS. Both are listed as primary partitions. The remaining disk space does not show.

Is the drive properly identified by both model number and full capacity in the POST screens at start up?

POST screens are what you may think is the BIOS screens. The information on the screen after you first start up the computer. Before you see the Windows splash screen.
