Windows server 2000 service pack 3 keeps on unexpecting shutdown. What triggers the unexpected shutdown?

Need the error code. Go to your logs and find the error code and post it. There are a hundred and one reasons a server will automatically shut down.

Below is the error i'm getting. According to the solution that i found, if there is a PC anywhere installed version 9.0 to 10.0 i can uninstall the pc anywhere. I un-installed the pcanywhere but still keeps on rebooting. All the fans inside the machine and the redundant power supply are all working just to make sure it is not overheating.
