Win xp pro won't open

I am getting a detecting array flashing when I try to start my win xp pro never saw this before windows won't start just keeps doing its thing without opening to get into
I just completed a huge project and was going to back it up tonight on a USB drive to move to another computer devastated help

Do you have a raid array? More than one hard drive? Can you get into the bios setup?

Yes I have two hard drives didnt know what array meant am not a computer genius but can do a lot if told
Can I click on registry F10 or 8.

This isn't a chat room, you have to wait until one of the helpers comes across your question.

You haven't listed any of your system specs. If you have a RAID array, I would think you'd know it (maybe not). And if you don't have an array, it seems that it may have somehow gotten enabled & the system is looking for it. Were you messing with any BIOS settings?
