win 7 64 bit boot loop

Specs: windows xp pro, 4 gig
wind 7 64 bit machine on all the time. after used all day late at night shuts down and starts going thru boot loop wont boot up till i hold button in for a while let it rest then re turn it on.if i let it try to repair itself it says it cant. have blown the dust out with canned air.note this computer stays on all the time if this helps

turned automatic reboot off waiting till it messes up and gives me what the error is will keep you posted.

what seems to be the problem about reminded about marking best answer as i don't have one yet like i said iv'e turned off auto restart and it hasn't messed up again
