Graphics card compatibility has nothing to do with the CPU. All you need to check is that your motherboard has an empty PCI-Express 2.0 slot or a PCI-Express 1.0 slot depending on the card's PCI-Express specification.

Some ZOTAC GT 610 cards require a PCI-Express 2.0 slot, whilst some require only PCI-Express 1.0, so check which type of slot your motherboard has before buying the card.

If the upgrade is for gaming, I highly suggest you rethink your choice. The GT 610 is a rebranded GT 520 with 64-bit DDR3 memory. It's an HTPC card, not a gaming card. If you need a gaming card, look for one with at 128-bit GDDR3/DDR3, or better yet, 128-bit GDDR5/DDR5.
