will a ATI Radeon 9200SE AGP 128M DDR VGA S-Video Video Card fit my dell dimension 4600c well i know i have the slot be can i put it in my computer and be able to shut my case

According to one review you would need a low profile card.

You answered your own question. Did you have that card lying around or did you just buy it, and why did you install it. Was something wrong with the onboard video ?

my onboard video card is 32mb and want run all my games and i am on ebay looking at a ATI Radeon 9200SE AGP 128M DDR VGA S-Video Card and my last video card i had was a 256 mb video card but i coulden close my computer case and i am just wandering if i can put it in my computer and be able to close the case

Like Richard said, you need a Low Profile card. I wouldn't advise buying from Ebay. Take a look at these from Newegg. I deal with them all the time and they're very reliable.

All those cards suck for gaming. The 9200SE that you mentioned is slower than both the FX5200 & GF 6200, plus it doesn't support DX9. None of them are anywhere near as good as the Radeon 9550 you mucked up. Next time, unplug the power cord before you go messing around inside the case.

Here's an AGP benchmark chart from over 7 yrs ago. The Radeon 9550 is roughly equal to the FX5700. The Radeon 9200SE isn't on the list but it's slower than the 9600SE (SE = Slow Edition):
