It's almost certainly stuck... right next to the eject button there is probably a little hole put a pencil or somethin' there to "Emergency" eject the drive. if it does not work you will have to screw the cd drive apart
Yea, put a pencil in there and break off the lead in the hole. Seriously, you use a straightened out paper clip to manually eject. If it continues to stick it is better to just replace the drive. They are cheap. Try newegg.com if you are in the USA.
