Specs: Windows 10, Intel I5 4460 12gb ram
Computer is on but nothing appears on screen

I recently upgraded my psu and case and now my computer won't load. The fans come on, the disk drive and optical drive work but there is nothing on the display.

Have you tried another monitor? Normally if the computer isn't outputting a "no signal" message appears on the screen. Plugs and cords are also suspect, assuming the monitor is plugged into the correct output (if there's a choice).

From the sounds and HD light does it "seem" as if it is loading normally?

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

"I recently upgraded my psu and case and now my computer won't load"

Can only guess that you didn't reassemble it correctly in the new case. Please post the make/model & wattage of both the old & new PSU so that we can be sure you actually upgraded.

If you have external graphic card and you connect your VGA cable to that & it need power connector, you may miss that.. please check that too..

There may also Loose connections like RAM, Graphic card on required slots during replacing PSU. Please check that too.
