why is my printer printing email headings in blue

Specs: Windows 7
My computer started to print email headings in blue. It also prints things from the internet in blue. Last night I put new black and colored cartridges into the printer, so I know there is plenty of blank ink.
How can I solve this problem?

My only guess is that it thinks it is a hyperlink. You could try to set it to defaults. Open the printer folder, right click on it, left click on properties, then advanced & printer defaults.

Emails and hyperlinks are probably what is printing in blue, I do not think you can easily change it unless you set your printer to print black only, but I do not think that is what you want. You can check the options on your browser (and/or email client options) to see if there is a setting for this print option, or try a different browser.
