Check if the wires are not damaged. Go to the technicians and let them handle it.

The usual problem with charger/mains adapter modules is a break in the cable near/next the actual plug that connects (plugs in)to the notebook/laptop etc.

Less common is that the actual plug itself is not making secure contact...

Have you tried waggling/wiggling the cable near that connector plug; and similarly near to the actual adapter itself?

Also can you check the volts out of the mains adapter (with a volt meter). It may be that the voltage output is not correct; and if so then the notebook/netbook charger ccts. will not power up and thus no charging and no blue led indicator too on the netbook/notebook. Should the volts be down then time for a new charger/adapter unit...? But I'd also double-check that situation by trying another charger/adapter...

So perhaps see if you can borrow another known to be good (as in known to be working OK) adapter and see it that powers up the netbook?

If this netbook is under warranty perhaps contact vendor to have it checked out (free...) or even replaced?
