Specs: Windows 10, AMD 7700K APU with Radeon R7 Graphics / Crucial 8GB ddr3
I recently just finished building my PC, and when I turned it on everything worked just fine. However, the next day when I turned it on my EVGA Geforce GTX 960 video card was not working. The video card's fans were just twitching, but not spinning. The card eventually for about an hour that day, but the day after the video card suffered from the same problem. I doubt that this is a problem with my ASRock fm2a58m-VG3+r2.0 motherboard, because the CPU and RAM work fine, it's just the video card. The only cause for the problem I could think of is that it is either a problem with my Cooler Master v550 Power Supply, or my video card.

"or my video card"
Try your onboard video, does that work correctly?

Curious motherboard choice. Why did you go with an entry level board based on the old A58 chipset? You would have been much better off getting a board based on the A88X chipset which was specifically designed to be paired up with the A10 APU, plus it would support USB3.0.

Does your board have a built-in speaker or a case speaker attached? Are you hearing any beeps when experiencing the graphics problems? Did you double check to make sure the card is securely locked in it's slot & that the 6-pin PCIe plug is fully seated?
