why does my laptop goes out of power when it

Specs: Windows Vista
as soon as it get hot, it goes off and when u put back on it makes some beeping nosies

it turns off because it overheating, its the cpu giving the order to turn off, the heat must be too high so cpu sensor shuts off the computer.beeping noises its also beacause of the cpu telling u ur computer is overheating. how to fix this?
simple first off all its a laptop its not supposed to be placed on a soft cloth of any sort not on ur lap either. place it on wood or a table. to get the airflow going in from that tiny fan it has. second clean it up from dust, open it up and blow the dust away from all the fans. third after u done all this perform a virus scan using malwarebytes remove any threats(if detected) and ur done

Ditto to what toxict51 said. My .2 cents though, invest in a laptop cooling pad. From personal experience they help. My laptop would slow down and shut off. The cooling pad raises the laptop off your lap and the integrated fans allow better heat dissipation.
