I have a Logitech wireless keyboard that when I type the @ key , I get ", and " key I get @???
Those are the only keys that do that, I think!
Sounds like you're using the wrong keyboard map for your particular keyboard and language. There is a US/Canada keyboard, and UK keyboard layout which are "almost" identical apart from one or two keys... If you have a UK keyboard you use that layout; if you have a US/Canada keyboard you use the US layout. You can use whichever version of English you like - (US or UK) it's the keyboard layout that matters. Laptop layouts:

Desktop layouts (they're larger, have more keys):

You'll need to scroll through the lists to find UK and US versions of course, as there are others there as well.
This may also be useful if you're not clear on how to setup the keyboard layout:
Likely the Logitech has default set to US...?
