Which wires connects with PCI Express?

Specs: Windows 7x64, 8GB
Upgrading my Graphics card but the newer one takes 2 PCI Express cables.
PSU only supplies one PCI cable.

I have an adapter but the middle bottom connection of the 6 does not have a wire in it.
Cable from PSU has 6 wires in the connector.

Is the adapter ok to use or does it need ALL 6 wires in it?

Adapter is 2x4pin molex (with 3 wires, yellow, black and red) into 6pin PCI Express.

Asus P5Q Pro
Intel E5200@3.75mhz
8GB 800mhz pc6400
ATI 4870 1GB

RAID0

If your power supply doesn't have the necessary connectors then chances are it won't get the job done. However, we can't say for sure because you didn't post your power supply model number.

Need the exact model of your power supply and the same for the graphics card.

That is not an exact model number. Is the link below your PSU? If so, it says you have 2 PCIe connectors.
