Could you help me?
I got a Toshiba l450D-12x and I need to know
which one will work for my hardware?
32-bit or 64-bit?

We have no idea what hardware you have. If you have a 64-bit CPU, you can use either 32-bit or 64-bit. If you have a 32-bit CPU, you have to use 32-bit..

thnx, my windows stuff is 32-bit but it uses driver so wasnt sure
and this is my hardware;

AMD Sempron SI-42, 2.10ghz
2.00gb of ram
32-bit Windows OS
ATI Radeon HD 3200
WINDOWS 7 PRO

OH and I have a Realtek PCIe FE Family Controller, and Realtek

Your laptop came with Windows 7 32 bit operating system. That OS will work fine on that laptop and there is no reason to change it.
