Zotac 550Ti
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...

EVGA GeForce GTX 550 Ti FPB is a winner here because the v-card is factory overcloked.

The card will work on your current PSU but you are in trouble, if u see the computer restart u know the PSU can't handle the load.

The EVGA card will use slightly more power.

If u can sell the cooler master 460W and get Corsair builder series 430W.

I have also seen comment about evga gtx 550ti fbs card that is got damaged in 1 week, then it was sent back to its service center.
I call this bad luck.

As i am having cooler master 460watt psu and my system config described at the top.So can i run zotac gtx 560 non-ti gpu (http://www.zotac.com/index.php?page=shop.product_details&flypage=flypage_images-SRW.tpl-VGA&product_id=357&category_id=144&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=100258&lang=in) on the power supply at 1600x900 resolution. Will psu can handle it as zotac gtx 560 non-ti requires 450 watt recommanded.

As zotac gtx 560 non-ti is little much more power full than zotac gtx 550ti and i have the budget to to buy it...........
please help in choosing the right one....

This one:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...
or this one:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...
Both have 28Amps on the 12 Volt rail and should run the GTX550Ti just fine, though I am not as sure about the GTX560 which I believe also needs a second PCIe connector. This combination would be better on the budget and pretty nice for moderate gaming.

I would say this one:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...
for the GTX560 or GTX560Ti would be a safer choice. This combination would be for more serious gaming.

I agree with kuwese about the psu and consider your psu shaky for your build. If was me, I'd return or sell the Coolermaster and get the Corsair he mentioned.

It's the psu I chose for my new build and snagged it for about $22US after rebate about 2 weeks ago.

28 amps vs 18 amps on the +12v rail would sure make me feel better. Your choice; but in my opinion nothing is more important in your box than the power supply...even when a budget build. My A8-3870K machine is gonna come in at less than $400US with Win7; about 300 bucks without an OS.
