Solved Which GPU and HDD are compatible ?

Specs: Windows 7, Pentium Dual core E2180/ 3GB ddr2
My Computer specs:
Motherboard : P5GC MX/1333 Asus
CPU : Pentium dual core E2180 2.0 GHz
PSU : 280 watts VIP
Cabinet : Full tower VIP
Ram : 3 GB DDR2
Os : Win 7UL SP1 32 bit
HDD :40 GB

My question is that can I add a gpu like Sapphire AMD/ATI RADEON HD 6450 2gb to my RIG ?

And does it require power from the PSU or it takes it from Motherboard !!

Also I wanted to add a HDD which one will be compatible ??

The HD 6450 is much better than the onboard video, but it's still a low end card. It's OK for general purpose/home theater use but it's not much good for gaming & it certainly can't make full use of 2GB memory. And because it's a low end card, it gets all its power from the PCI-e slot. You should still consider upgrading the power supply though...280W isn't very much these days plus VIP brand is low end brand. Stay away from other low end brands such as PowerSafe, iBall, Odyssey, Power3, Zebronics. The Corsair 430W would be a good choice:

As for the HDD, you should get rid of the 40GB altogether or use it for storage. Get a 500GB or larger SATA HDD but stay away from "green" drives because they're slow. Here's your motherboard specs:
