Then, there is a driver installation file which is a compressed file (usually an *.exe or *.zip file) with all the various files inside of it, that when launched or executed, installs those files into the operating system in order to run the video hardware.
If you need a driver file, you need to find out what model NVIDIA video adapter you have in your computer first, then go to NVIDIA's website and download the driver installation package for your particular adapter and operating system; then install it.
