Specs: Windows 7
I went into my control panel's sound options and clicked the Recording tab. I right clicked on my microphone program to change some settings, and i accidentally clicked disable and now my laptop's built in microphone cant work. How do I get it back?

Go back & re-enable it again.

I would but the entire program itself vanished. Where there used to be an option for it now it just says that no audio devices are installed.

So this is if you have a pc, so click on the sound icone, and go to mixer, then click on system sonds, and go to the recording tab. since it says no devises are installed, right click on it and press show disabled devises, and then th ethings should pop up. to activate them, right click and press enable.

I had the same problem as you actually and I just so happened to have figured it out myself.

Open your Control Panel then go to Audio Devices where you first disabled your microphone, then right click and it should show a "Show disabled devices" option, which you click then your mic will appear. You then click on your mic and change the setting at the bottom and voila. :)
